I came with my nephew but the guards wouldn't let us stay because we weren't muhrim. They were arrogant too. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

I've stayed in hotels and lodgings for years, but this was incredibly disappointing. I paid through tiket.com and then was asked to pay again, with no refund. If there's a minimum price, they should update it in the app instead of charging customers more. The floor was really dirty from the terrace even though we were told to remove our shoes, and the mattress was dusty and dirty. At least there was hot water, but it smelled like sewage when turned on. No towels were provided either. When I rang the bell, they told me to open the gate myself so the car could enter. The service was the worst and strangest.

The room smelled damp and wasn't very clean, and the security guard was arrogant and unfriendly. We got a promo in the app that brought the price below 100,000 Rupiah, but at arrival they asked us to pay the full 120,000 Rupiah. That felt like misleading marketing.
