The place was clean.

It was good.

The place is in a housing complex, in what looks like an ordinary house. Most of the houses there seem to be rented as accommodation. Without the app, the price starts at 200,000 Rupiah a night, and I think you'd be better off looking somewhere else for that amount. I'd booked online and arrived late at night after a trip out of town, hoping to get some rest. They wouldn't let me check in because it was full, saying they no longer worked with the app. Be careful booking here, and don't pay in advance.

There was only one towel for two people, and the soap hadn't been replaced either. The mat was wet and dirty, apparently left by the previous guest. The bedding and pillows also looked unwashed, and they were dirty and itchy. The mattress seemed to have been made up without being cleaned, with the previous tenant's hair all over it. I got itchy. The walls were covered in mold, especially by the bed. On entering, there was a terrible smell, and tiny centipedes too. I stepped on them before I could take a photo. The sink was badly moldy, smelled of cockroaches, and had no running water. The cupboard was broken, and I couldn't tell what it had been used for. The AC was leaking over the TV and power outlet, which made me worry about a short circuit or fire.
