I paid through the hotel app, but when I showed up, I was told it wasn't available there anymore. That meant I couldn't check in, and I ended up losing the money I'd paid online.

The facilities fit the price, so it seems fair value. If you're passing through Klari or nearby, it works as a stopover. I'd suggest going in person and asking the guard instead of booking through the app.

The room had air conditioning and a prayer mat, and there was plenty of space inside. The security guard was friendly, and parking was roomy too, though my car got unlucky with bird droppings. I paid 200,000 Rupiah after negotiating down from 250,000 Rupiah. I can't tell whether that's cheap or pricey for Karawang. The room was fairly clean, but there were dust mites on the ceiling, the sink leaked, and the blanket smelled nice but had round brown marks on it. No hot water, the water heater didn't work, some lights were out, the TV was faulty, and there was no toothpaste. I'm not sure there was Wi-Fi. Mosquitoes made it really hard to sleep. It felt more like a boarding house, and with so few working facilities, I didn't think the price was worth it. They say they no longer partner with OYO, so don't expect to book through the app.

I only needed a place to sleep for three hours, and it did the job. It was comfortable, then we were on our way again.
