It felt like an abandoned boarding house. The bedroom and bathroom floors were extremely dirty, and the sheets weren’t clean either. I wouldn’t recommend it.

It’s a convenient area around UMS, with lots of places to eat nearby, a mosque a short walk away, and very spacious parking. The drawbacks were the unpleasant smell from the bathroom tap the first time it was used, and a fairly small bed that may be tight for two people unless you’re both small. They provided only one towel, with no mineral water or shampoo. The WiFi was so poor I couldn’t get online. It works for a one-night stopover.

This place is for women only. Men can stay with their family, and couples need to show proof of marriage. The owner is Mr. Yoyon, and you can order directly through WhatsApp. The rooms are about the usual size for a boarding house, with queen and single beds, and both the rooms and toilets are very clean and smell nice. You can also rent a boarding house here, though it costs a bit more than other women’s boarding houses nearby. It is an exclusive boarding house, after all 🗿. For a lower price, try the RedDoorz app, which usually has lots of discount vouchers, hehe.

The app showed 220 per night, then the place added another 50 thousand, maybe as a deposit. When we arrived, it wasn't returned, haha. If that wasn't a deposit, I’m honestly really disappointed because the price feels misleading. The toilet was dirty and smelled of urine, and the place was quiet, with scary lights at night. Please be honest and trustworthy so everyone’s fortune can be blessed equally 🙏🏻.
