For a budget hotel, I was very satisfied. I usually check Google Maps reviews before booking, and two guest suggestions caught my eye: not aiming the AC straight at the bed, and letting guests have breakfast themselves instead of bringing it to the room. During my stay, the AC in my room no longer faced the bed, and breakfast was served on the floor. I can't speak for other rooms, but it seemed like management had listened. That was really appreciated, especially since changing the AC position must take some work. One thing I'd suggest is making the glass door between the smoking and non-smoking areas on the second floor dining space easier to see. It was obvious when I entered from the non-smoking side, but coming back I nearly walked into it because it was so transparent. A frosted sticker could help people notice it and avoid getting hurt. A broken door would also be expensive to repair.

The rates are still affordable, and there's a discount if you reserve more than one room. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff friendly, and the food quite tasty. It's worth it. Thank you Hotel Nusa Living🙏😊

I stayed in a Smart Room yesterday, and the AC blowing straight at the bed made it really cold. Breakfast was pretty good, though I'd put the shrimp crackers in a jar. You can make your own coffee and tea, but the cup is too big for coffee 😅. Room 309's bathroom had an unpleasant smell.

My first stay was around the end of 2025, when the hotel had just opened and the lobby door had only just been installed 😂. The staff, including Mrs. Ria, were very helpful when I accidentally booked the wrong date in the app and helped find a solution. They also let me leave antibiotics in the hotel fridge before check-in. The service was good and the room was clean. There was Netflix too, though it seemed unavailable at the time. If I go to Kediri again, I plan to stay here.

Everything was great on my first stay in Kediri, especially the friendly service and helpful staff. I'll stay here again next time I'm in town, and recommend it to others.
