The staff made our stay at Alami Villa, especially Putu and Made, who were thoughtful and helpful with everything. They somehow knew what we needed before we asked, while also giving us plenty of privacy. The whole property is gorgeous, and the pool is incredible. We’ve visited Ubud before, and having a whole house away from the city's traffic and commotion suited us perfectly. Putu arranged a private check for two evenings, and the food was fantastic. We also loved the breakfast each morning. On my birthday, they laid out a “happy birthday” message in flowers on the grass and brought a small cake to dinner. We’ll come back to Bali just to stay here again. If you’re visiting Ubud, you NEED to stay here!

We stayed for seven lovely days at Alami Villa, surrounded by forest. The grounds are kept up and monitored around the clock, and the pool looks out over a cliff full of greenery. The rooms are gorgeous too. I had the garden suite, with an outdoor shower and tub. Putu and the rest of the staff took great care of us. They made breakfast every day, kept checking that we had what we needed, worked around our schedules, and offered good suggestions. If you want a relaxing nature retreat in UBUD, this is my top pick. Martha (owner) was an absolute joy and helped make my cousin’s 40th the best.

The one hard part was my 10 year old son crying as he hugged Putu goodbye. We’ll definitely return! The owners are lucky to have Putu and the rest of the staff caring for this little piece of heaven. The team made Bali the favorite part of our vacation. They kept the place immaculate, turned down our beds at night, and stayed attentive to everything we wanted or needed. The food was awesome, and Putu also took us on tours. The photos don’t show just how gorgeous this place is. Stay here if you want to be treated like royalty!

I’m a wedding planner from Toronto, Canada, and contacted Martha about hosting our reception at their Villa. They were incredibly accommodating, and the people running the Villa were exceptional. Sang Putu was the person we worked with, and he was professional, kind, flexible, and full of great ideas that helped bring our vision to life. It’s hard to leave Alami Villa. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the breakfast is exquisite, and they give good information for planning trips. If you visit Bali, this place feels like paradise. It’s just magnificent.
