Traveling with my grandma felt much easier because the staff were so kind and understanding. The accessible setup in our room, with plenty of space and easy bathroom access, helped her feel safe and comfortable. I could relax knowing she was well supported. She was able to get around more independently and enjoy the stay without feeling limited. Seeing her happy and at ease meant a lot to me. Thank you for the thoughtful care, it made this a meaningful family trip.

The hospitality at Tanah Gajah ranks among the best we’ve experienced, including at Four Seasons and Aman. We were already wishing we could return before we’d even left. Our family villa was so comfortable, with two large bedrooms, a roomy living area, terrace, private pool, and outdoor bathtub. Housekeeping came twice a day, and the complimentary drinks and fruit were a nice touch. The gardens and main pool are beautiful and peaceful, and the property felt safe and spacious enough for our children, aged 8 and 12, to walk around freely. We loved the rice field trek with a staff member, including a visit to a local village where we learned about the culture and farming life. The spa was excellent too. We went back several times for massages overlooking the fields. We stayed in January and had a wonderful time.

We spent a week at Tanah Gajah and really enjoyed it. The grounds are large and beautifully kept, and our spacious villa had lovely original art and Balinese sculptures. Everyone was welcoming, from reception and the restaurant to the grounds staff. The meals were delicious. Nopi, Ayu, and Edi made dining especially enjoyable, and thanks to Chef Dean for sharing his Nasi Goreng recipe. We’d highly recommend staying here and will be back.

The views at Tanah Gajah were so serene and restorative. The food was excellent, everything was spotless, and the whole resort felt carefully looked after. From the moment we arrived, the staff were smiling, kind, and ready to help. Carlie, one of the managers, and the team went out of their way to make sure every detail was right. Their warmth and professionalism made a real difference. We had an amazing trip and will definitely return. Highly recommended for a peaceful, luxurious stay with genuinely caring hospitality.
