Our room had cooking facilities, a microwave, and a full-size fridge. Some rooms were being renovated in Feb 2026. The private pool was wonderful for cooling off after walking around on a hot day. Breakfast can be arranged on site, or there are several places nearby, but most open at 9am. The front desk staff were very helpful and can arrange a driver into Ubud for a reasonable price. Ask about airport pickup when booking. It’s outside the main area, so quiet and relaxing, but still close enough to reach Ubud by car or scooter.

Arya was such a kind soul and always went above and beyond to help. We made a new friend in him. The staff were all extremely friendly and attentive, and the excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable. Thanks for making our visit so pleasant. We had a great experience and would definitely come back!

Thanks to Adi and the villa staff for making our stay memorable. We had a relaxing, amazing time. The place is about 4 km from busy Ubud town, but still central enough to get to Bali’s tourist attractions easily.

The staff were friendly and polite, and clearly tried their best, but the property itself made my first Bali trip disappointing. The room felt gloomy and poorly maintained, with little privacy. A thin window net let in too much light when I was trying to sleep, and the poor sleep affected the rest of my holiday. There were insects even on the bed. Although it’s called a villa, it felt more like a poorly run bed and breakfast. Breakfast had only three basic choices, with extra eggs costing more. The pool was tiny, dirty, and unusable, the loungers were rotting, and the kitchen where breakfast was made didn’t look clean or hygienic. I wouldn’t come back or recommend it. There are much better places in Bali that can improve your holiday instead of ruining it.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Waturenggong. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, a great start to the day, and the price felt affordable for the quality. The villa was clean, beautiful, and comfortable, with attentive, friendly staff who made us feel welcome. Highly recommended!
