I've tried all the rooms, and they're comfortable 😍 The service and cleanliness are good, and the staff are friendly. The family room and deluxe are the best 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The staff were really friendly and made me feel at home. The room was fairly spacious and comfortable for my wife and me, with a TV and adequate amenities. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kendal 😊👍🏻

The atmosphere was pleasant for sleeping, and the nightlights were good. There's a small canteen and seating outside the rooms. Still, quite a few things need improvement. The TV barely worked, with crackling sounds and no sound or picture. The bathroom floor and toilet were dirty, with standing water, and the drain smell was overwhelming every evening and morning. The curtains were very thin, which felt a bit unsettling for women. The first guy who checked me in was friendly and helpful. Later, different people handled check-out and service, and they were less satisfactory: no smiles, a bit rude, and they didn't respond to requests. No tissues were delivered from the first day through the third, so I had to buy them myself. There were about 8 tissues in the room when I arrived, and they were gone within a day. I asked for more, but nothing was done. The pillows, both large and small, looked dull as if they'd never been washed, and didn't smell good either. It seemed the 40,000 rupiah meal allowance went to waste because it couldn't be used for sahur. If that's the policy, we can respect it. Just a bit of feedback: perhaps snacks or food for sahur could be offered to other visitors in good faith. Even if 80% of visitors might be non-professionals, we're still paying to sleep there. I hope things improve positively in the future.

It's a comfortable, cozy place for a relaxing stay, in a peaceful setting close to the town square. The staff are friendly and informative, the facilities are excellent, and some rooms have hot showers.
