The rooms were dirty and uncomfortable. I wouldn't want to stay here even for one night. Management was poor.

The staff were friendly, but the problems kept coming. My first room was dusty, the bathroom was dirty and dim, and the air conditioning didn't work. The receptionist offered another room, which looked better, so I moved my things in. Then the sink started leaking as soon as I washed my hands. There was no hot water, and the electric kettle didn't work either. For the price per night, this is ridiculous. People smoking in the lobby made the stay even worse. It made me feel sick, especially worrying about my son.

The rooms are still usable, though very dated, and the friendly staff don't seem to do much. This old-style Indonesian hotel feels like it has mostly been given up on. The main problems were the lack of hot water and a terrible breakfast.
