It works fine for a quick stop, especially if you're looking for an inexpensive hotel. The room wasn't very clean or particularly good, but it was okay for transit. At night there are reasonably priced food stalls along the road, a mini ATM nearby, and Gojek or Maxim rides are easy to find.

We never stayed the night. Even though we'd paid well ahead, the hotel was full when we arrived, and the rooms they offered had fans instead of the promised air conditioning. The sheets and pillowcases were disgusting, and the room smelled like garbage, so we went to another hotel. Never coming back.

The view from the room was great and the location was nice, but the service let it down. There was just one towel for two people, the shower only gave a small flow of water and you had to keep holding the tap. No slippers or broom either, even though the floor was dusty. Sorry for the one star, but if you have another option and time in Kendari City, I can't recommend this hotel unless they improve the service.
