The design is nice, but the place is sooo poorly maintained. Water pressure is extremely low, and it takes at least 20 minutes for the water heater to work. The pool was broken, with no water circulation, and the water level stayed down for two days. We reported it, but got excuses like “the pool guy didn’t come” and “the pool guy said they will come tomorrow.” We were checking out tomorrow, so that didn’t help. Not recommended!

The outdoor and living areas were awesome, and the pool was definitely our favourite. It’s an older build, but still such a gem of a place. The location is perfect for getting around Bali, with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. We’ll be back when we return to Bali.

The villa has lovely interiors and a pool area, with good colors and lighting. The AC was the part I didn’t like. The units installed aren’t enough for Bali’s weather and could spoil your night’s sleep. They should provide a more efficient cooling system.

The worst villa stay I’ve had. The electricity went off five times a day between 12 am and 5 am, which was really difficult for me with a baby. The Wi-Fi and television didn’t work properly either. The pool was dirty, and breakfast was cold and very bad.

The location was the only advantage. The interiors looked different from the pictures, and the furniture had clearly been through a lot. It needs renovation and new furniture. After I asked a staff member to fix the jacuzzi, which wasn’t working, they left the main doors open with the key inside. That felt like an open invitation for a thief.
