Bali Villas R Us has turned this villa around with excellent service and much better management. Before, a woman managing it seemed to do almost nothing. She was unprofessional and didn't seem to know how to handle OTA listings, bookings or customer service. Even the WhatsApp business setup and profile photo weren't appropriate for a hospitality business.

We're staying at this villa now, and the real experience has been awful. What they show on the website is the opposite of what we found. The washrooms aren't proper, the air conditioning doesn't work, and this has been one of the worst experiences of our lives.

The villa is in a nice spot and the staff gave great service, though the rooms could use a refresh.

Hi, is there a phone number or email address I can use to get in touch?

Waty, the villa caretaker, was warm and welcoming. She checked in with us regularly and arranged laundry, massages or room cleaning whenever we asked. The villa was great value for what we paid, and the kitchen had plenty of space and amenities. Having a 24/7 cafe and a supermarket right nearby was a real bonus. The only thing that needed attention was the shower head in the ground-floor room. Apart from that, it was a beautiful villa to stay in.
