We stayed at the Ubud Villa for our first time in Bali Indonesia, and the Karaya Team made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived until we left. They greeted us whenever we came back and asked about our day, and were always ready to help. The service was top notch, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. The villa is tucked down a small alley, but it was superbly maintained and really clean. The toilets were clean too, and the surroundings were perfectly quiet. What stood out most was the hospitality: the staff always greeted me with a smile and were happy to help. It was also easy to book a grab to get anywhere and back. I’m definitely booking this villa again on my next trip to Bali. Amazing 👍🏼

The whole place looks lovely, and the villa has everything you could ask for, so it feels like more than home ♥️. Our villa was super clean and smelled wonderful. The staff were exceptionally professional and always went out of their way to help. This is simply the best place we’ve ever stayed, I’m not exaggerating. I’ll stay here every time I’m in Baki.

The service was amazing, and the beautiful villa was nice and clean. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. Ari and catur kept surprising us with towel art, which was lovely. I’d highly recommend staying here, and I’ll definitely come back.

I spent a month at Karaya Villa and was extremely satisfied. The staff were amazing, always there to help me with anything I needed, and I felt comfortable and very welcome. The villa itself is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. Highly recommended for a longer stay in Umalas!
