Kiss Villas Bali

The villa felt homey and really nice, and we were happy with our stay. We were there for 10 nights, and the staff were great. They put mosquito coils around the villa every evening, so mosquitoes weren't an issue. Overnight security helped us feel safe, and the car could take us anywhere in the SEMINYAK area. Whenever I asked for something, staff did their best to sort it out. I'm picky and noticed a few small things that could use maintenance, but nothing serious enough to bother me. The management and staff made for a very good stay. I'd recommend this place and come back.

The included drop-off service was a nice surprise, and the breakfast was delicious. The helpful, polite staff made our stay more enjoyable, too. The villa is beautiful and spacious, with great amenities, and the location was perfect for getting to everything we needed. It was a lovely place to relax. Highly recommend!

We spent 4 days and 3 nights at Kiss Bali. The staff team were lovely and accommodating, and kept trying their best to meet our requests. It's centrally located, close to lots of well-known bars and places to eat. A real pleasure to stay, and the staff were around often enough that we felt safe.

The staff made our stay great. They were friendly, the service was amazing, and we liked the location and the drop-off service. The big disappointment came after checkout. We were charged around 12usd for coffee stains on a towel, and we felt management took advantage of the situation. A replacement towel seemed like it would cost less, and laundry nowhere near that much. We were extremely unhappy about the charge. There was no coffee or tea available either. Before checkout, I would have said yes to staying again. After that incident, no. We enjoyed the service, but the management side brought the rating down.
