My stay was 10/10, and the villa looked just like the photos. When I arrived, there was lovely Valentine’s Day decor and an “I love you” message on the bed. It made me feel that the host and housekeeping team really cared. The host replied quickly whenever I needed something, and Lena was especially warm while we talked through the housekeeping needs. Suksama Orivista team!
I booked at the last minute after the place I’d reserved in Seminyak let me down, and this turned out to be a great choice. It’s in a quiet, private spot but still close to lots of Seminyak attractions. The staff got us checked in incredibly fast and were very helpful, and the complimentary drinks in the fridge made for a nice welcome. Everything was clean. Thanks so much for hosting us!
Umalas was peaceful, and the place itself was really pretty. The staff were professional and accommodating, and everything was clean and well kept. It is a bit pricey, though.
People are still calling me to ask for enquiries because this mobile number is wrong. Please update the phone number on Google soon. Once it’s corrected, I’ll change my review to 5 stars.
