The birthday surprise from the staff made me so happy. I hadn’t expected the greeting, and it was such a thoughtful touch that showed how much they care. The team were warm, friendly, and attentive throughout, and seemed to enjoy their work. Our One Bedroom Pool Villa was spacious, beautiful, clean, and very private. The pool was the highlight, perfect for unwinding after a busy day, and the whole place felt peaceful and luxurious. Breakfast was delicious, and the 24-hour butler service made things easy. We also appreciated the shuttle to the Seminyak area. The team had been responsive and accommodating from the time we booked, and the service stayed smooth and professional. We’re grateful for a wonderful stay, highly recommend it, and will definitely return! 💛

The staff were wonderful throughout my comfortable 3 night stay at Maca villas. When I asked about oat milk, one of them went to the shop to get some just for me. They can bring breakfast to your villa at a time you choose. I recommend the chicken bagel, the coffee was very nice, and the fruit came as a generous plate. My private pool villa was spacious, and the pool was clean and fabulous, around 10 metres long and about 4ft deep, enough for a few lengths. The internet was great and consistent. The location is a little out of the way, but that also makes it quiet. There’s an off-site fitness complex for guests with a pool, sauna, gym, and classes, and a shuttle can take you there. I didn’t go, though it has good ratings online. Some villa furniture looked tired and stained, and the bedroom AC wasn’t as good as the one in the living room. Those were small issues in an otherwise exceptional stay. Thank you so much!

Mosquitoes were the one downside. Without them, I’d honestly give the place 100/10! I felt safe and comfortable, and this villa was a real gem. I’d consider staying again if I come back to Seminyak. The service was impeccable, with attentive, responsive staff who went out of their way to help with our requests. The villa was spacious and beautiful, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. It’s not quite within walking distance of the center, but the complimentary shuttle runs at scheduled times to Seminyak Square, Seminyak Village, and the Petitenget beach area, which was very convenient.

For my partner’s birthday, I asked if they could arrange a surprise in the room. When we got back, staff had decorated with balloons and cute wrapped towels, then came to our door with a cake. Most of the team were kind throughout our stay and went out of their way with little gestures. This was my first trip to Bali, and I’m glad we booked Maca Villas & Residence Umalas. The staff were lovely and welcoming from the moment we arrived from the airport. The villa was quiet, inviting, and full of plants. The restaurant had a relaxing feel and great scenery. A few times, part of our meal arrived lukewarm or cool to the touch, but otherwise the food tasted good and was good quality. Room service was a nice option too. I highly recommend this place for solo travelers, couples, or families with kids. Ask the staff about special requests, as they’re very accommodating and happy to help 😊
