If you like staying in a busy area, this is a very nice place. Everything you need is close to the house, and the rooms are clean. The host was very friendly 🙏🏻

The pool was lovely and quiet, and Batu Bellig’s busy areas felt far away. We liked the room, the location, and the staff, but the bed bugs were a serious problem. We only noticed after we’d left, when the bites showed up a week later. We enjoyed our stay, but check the bed before moving in.

The garden and location were nice, and the staff were kind, but the service and room handling felt unprofessional. Our group was checking in and out on different dates, and staff couldn’t keep track of which rooms were available. A couple of our friends nearly had nowhere to stay, which was frustrating. Some rooms were badly damaged and neglected, and the cleaning needs a lot of improvement.

We had a big, very clean yard and a spacious room, with the beach within walking distance. The service was fine, though there was some miscommunication at the end. I’d recommend it for a short stay, but not a long one.
