Sandi Agung Villa

Breakfast was excellent, and the villa and pool were cleaned properly every day. The staff always had a smile and were exemplary, nothing was too much trouble. Faultless. Thank you, everyone!

The private pool and garden were the highlight, and the outdoor pool and sofas were lovely. We stayed at Sandi Agung in June 2022 and again in October 2024. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was great, and the villas were clean. The beds were hard and uncomfortable for us, though we prefer softer mattresses and know that's personal taste. Breakfast ranged from average to bad, so after a few days we went out instead. The TVs were small, and having no access to streaming services or youtube was frustrating. Renovations are overdue in the bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen. Wear was obvious throughout, and those rooms were starting to look shabby. The bedroom doors were janky, with gaps that let in heat and mosquitoes. The air conditioner in the second bedroom rattled nonstop, though luckily there were only two of us and we didn't use that room much. Sandi Agung has a lot of potential and could be great with improvements, but I probably wouldn't stay again unless they complete renovations.

The villa had a lovely open-air bathroom with everything needed, and the cleaning service was what you'd expect at a 5 star hotel. The private garden and pool were so nice we could spend all day there. One of the best places to stay in Bali, with staff who were super nice and ready to help.

The staff came to our room and cooked breakfast, which made the stay feel special. We also had a fantastic massage. The villa was clean and well maintained, with its own kitchen and private pool. Being further from the Denpasar city centre made it quieter, though popular attractions and tourist sites like Tanah Lot weren't very far away. Traffic jams can happen. I'd recommend these villas and would look forward to staying again if I return to Bali.
