The villa was clean, well maintained, spacious and nicely equipped, and the staff were very attentive. It was the best accommodation of our 10-day trip, and I wish we'd stayed longer. Since it was our honeymoon, the suite was decorated for our arrival. We added cooked breakfast and floating breakfast, both of which were really nice. It's very close to Bodywork’s spa, and the hotel's drop-off service was great too. We loved everything and highly recommend it for a relaxing honeymoon. We'll be back on our next trip!

My husband and I came to Bali to get married and spent our honeymoon here. We were able to check in early, and they had decorated the suite for our arrival. The staff were super friendly and knew how to make us feel like royalty. We loved the floating breakfast, in-suite massage and romantic dinner. Everything was amazing, including the semi-outdoor shower, which was quite an experience. No one can see you there. When it was time to leave, our flight was at midnight. They kept our luggage at the front desk while we went around until our ride was due. When we returned to wait, they offered us cold water, and shortly after Nala told us a villa was available if we wanted to shower before the flight. That's top-notch service. Everything about the stay was amazing, and I enjoyed every minute. I wish we didn't have to leave so soon. We're looking forward to our next Bali vacation and will definitely stay here again. Thank you all so much for a lovely stay 🙏

We spent 8 nights here and it was absolute bliss, total luxury. Our villa felt private and quiet, with an easy walk to the beach and nearby cafes and restaurants. The service was warm and friendly. They cleaned daily and left fresh towels and filtered water, and there was a shuttle to seminyak square and the airport. The one thing I wished for was private access to the beach. The public gate doesn't open until 8am and closes at 9pm. They said they hoped to have their own access by 2024. A wonderful experience, and I couldn't fault it.

A beautiful stay, and we had the best time in Bali. We especially appreciate Ms.Indah, who helped us find the right doctor and hospital after my husband had an incident during the trip. We'd love to come back and would recommend this place to friends visiting Bali for a private luxury retreat. I'd also strongly recommend having an in-villa spa.

The staff made us feel like valued guests as soon as we arrived, with warmth and professionalism throughout. The One villa is spacious and beautifully appointed, and its elegant decor gives the place an inviting, tranquil Balinese feel. Staying here was a delight from start to finish, with service and attention to detail that really lifted the whole trip.
