The villa has lots of rooms and a good location, close to many places, with a dedicated pickup spot for taxis, bikes, and cars. The staff are very friendly and cook a wonderful breakfast. A few things need attention: the pool table surface isn't level and its cloth is worn, and I noticed wood shavings on the floor, so I suspect there may be termites underneath. The cue tips also look like they need servicing. The water heater switches between hot and cold every few minutes. The in-house massage was good, but it only runs until 5 pm. It would be nice to book one at night before bed. Outside massage costs an extra IDR 100k.

Villa Reillo worked beautifully for our group of 20. The staff were wonderful, our rooms were cleaned to a high standard each day, and they were always ready to help. There's a great coffee shop a minute away on foot, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby too. We'd happily come back.

We all loved the villa, and one person in our Australian group even wanted a place like it of their own. The 10 bedrooms work perfectly when combined, and the rooms are spacious, with pool views and large en suite bathrooms. The main room also has a bathtub. There’s a huge living room, kitchen and TV area, plus a premium kitchen setup and complete amenities. The grounds and pool are beautiful, and there’s a pool table. It’s centrally located, minutes from Finns and within walking distance of an ATM, cafes, restaurants, laundry and a spa. Private parking fits two minibuses and scooters, and there are security guards. Cleanliness was 7/10, and there’s no wheelchair access. Highly recommended.

The setting around the villa was peaceful, with lush greenery and a calm feel that made it a welcome break from everyday life. Inside, it was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed. The team made our stay easy from arrival onward, helping with arrangements, dining options and activity suggestions, and taking care of our comfort. They were attentive and friendly throughout. We had a fantastic time and would gladly return. It’s a lovely choice for a relaxing getaway, with excellent service and a beautiful setting.

Edi and the team were so helpful and spectacular. The villa felt clean and homely. We had an amazing time, thank you, and God bless.
