I was so happy with my month-long XMAX rental from Bali Villa Marene. It was practically new, with only 300 km on it, in perfect shape, and offered at a great price. Extending for another two weeks was easy and hassle-free. The owner was really friendly, professional, and helpful. I can highly recommend renting a scooter here.

I was shocked by the negative reviews I saw, because my own dealings with Daniel have been so good. I rented a bike from him long term half a year ago, and haven't had a single dispute or problem with him since. Later, I decided to take a chance on a two-bedroom villa, and I haven't regretted it once. He's an old-school gentleman. If you're decent and have basic manners, I don't think you'll have any trouble with Daniel. When the bike's brakes started squealing, he replaced the pads the next day. I took a more expensive bike than the rent I'd paid, and we agreed I'd pay the difference a week later. I scratched it, but after I sent photos and explained it wasn't my fault, Daniel didn't charge me. I also left with the wrong electronic key by mistake, and he sent the right one by courier at his own expense as soon as I noticed. For the villa, I moved in before signing the contract. My company paid only two weeks after check-in. He explained all the villa's features at our first meeting. It's not new, but everything was washed, and there was lots of furniture, dishes, towels, and bed linen. As a construction engineer, I like the design and technical solutions. I rarely write reviews, but what I read above made me angry. I couldn't understand how the owner had drawn such a wave of negativity.

The service was excellent. One bike had a few problems, and they swapped it for me the next day.
