Step is kind, and the location is good, but I couldn't sleep because of bed bugs. I asked to move rooms, and the staff couldn't assure me the other room would be free of them.

The employees were extraordinarily kind, and the service was excellent. I also found the hotel clean, with very nice rooms and a great location. Thanks to Debby and Raka for the welcome. I’ll definitely stay here again.

A nice pool and daily cleaning made this little hidden hotel a great spot in the middle of Canggu. It’s easy to get around to places in Canggu from here, and it works well for longer stays too.

It was easy to find the hotel, but the facilities seem old and aren't being maintained, which made things feel unhygienic and uncomfortable. The TV screen was dead, though it still had sound like a radio. The bathroom wasn't hygienic, the bedroom wasn't very clean and still had an old bed cover, and the wallpaper and floor looked old and dirty.

We paid 4.200.000rp for a week, but the hotel was extremely dirty and nothing like the pictures on Booking. The swimming pool looked like a fish pond, and the bathroom was somewhere I didn't want to shower.
