We had lots of great places to eat nearby, and the breakfast was really good. The villa itself was a nice spot, with a private pool we used heaps, an outdoor kitchen, and air conditioning that kept the room cool. The bathroom was great too. There were a few bugs around the open shower, but that’s to be expected and wasn’t an issue. Service was great, and the lovely man Ketut went above and beyond. For our anniversary, I asked for flower petals in the pool, and it looked beautiful. We also booked a couples massage and facial. My partner enjoyed his massage, but mine wasn’t good. The therapists disappeared and talked very loudly, and the whole experience wasn’t great. You can find a better spa for less elsewhere. My partner’s skin flared up and was sore for a few days after the facial, though that depends on skin type.

We had a great six days. The villa felt completely private and safe, and both the pool and the villa’s common pool were clean and peaceful. Mr. Ketut answered all our questions, and everyone was friendly and hospitable. On our last day, we could check out and still enjoy time at the pool. I hope I get the chance to come back.

My three-year-old and I had a wonderful 10-day stay in a one-bedroom villa. The reception area is beautiful, and they welcomed us with a refreshing drink. All the staff were lovely with my son, and he absolutely loved being there. Fitri served breakfast most mornings with such kind, lovely energy, and always made sure we had plenty to eat. Gloria at reception really stood out, and Ketut was fantastic with guests and treated his staff well. Everyone did their best to help. Some nights my son fell asleep in the taxi, and when we got back, staff carried my bags and opened the doors so I could bring him in without waking him. My only tip is to check the price of extra services beforehand. I asked to have laundry done and wasn’t told the cost. At checkout, the bill was $55 AUD, which I wish I’d known because it could have been done elsewhere for half that. My fault for not asking, though! I have family in Bali who visited several times and loved the Bidadari too. We’ll all recommend it to friends and family for future trips.

We’re already planning another trip and will definitely stay here again. The rooms were comfortable and amazing, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Fitri greeted us with a smile at breakfast every morning, and the managers arranged day tours and activities right there for us. We also enjoyed the on-site massages, cooking classes, and relaxing in our private pools.

We had a fantastic time at Bidadari. The place is spacious and has a wonderful atmosphere, but the service was the real highlight. Mr. Putu, the hotel manager, was an absolute legend, constantly going the extra mile to make our stay perfect. Great place, lovely people, and top-tier service. We’ll definitely be back!
