We had a wonderful birthday at Villa Naty, and the team made it a stay to remember. Rai led things calmly and thoughtfully, and everything ran smoothly. His warmth really set the mood for our visit. Madeh, Nyoman, Wayan, and Koma were kind and attentive, always seeming to know what we needed. Chef Gusti also deserves a heartfelt thanks for the delicious meals. For four nights, a group of 12 of us, including my husband and me, celebrated my birthday at Villa Naty in Umalas, Bali. We also hosted four extra guests for one evening. All of us were treated with the same care, and the staff even learned those guests' names and preferences. That attention says a lot about the service. The team remembered all 12 of our names, needs, preferences, and wants, and made each of us feel valued. The service was impeccable from the moment we arrived, better than we expected even at the most prestigious five-star hotels. They anticipated what we needed before we asked. Rai, the chief butler, deserves special thanks for his world-class professionalism, elegance, and intuition. Chef Gusti made outstanding meals throughout, full of flavor, beautifully presented, and clearly prepared with skill and passion. They rivaled some of the finest restaurants we've visited. Madeh looked after us late into the night and made delicious, perfectly crafted cocktails that brought extra joy to the celebrations. Nyoman, Wayan, and Koma were just as attentive and discreet, and truly cared about everyone's comfort. It's hard to put into words how warm and excellent the whole Villa Naty team were. They gave us lifelong memories and set a new benchmark for hospitality. My birthday felt perfect. The Villa Naty team, Rai, Madeh, Nyoman, Wayan, Koma, and Chef Gusti, took such good care of our group of 12. They were friendly and professional, always polite, and happy to accommodate our requests.
