The building and rooms are still in great shape, and it's the newest hotel in Ketapang. Staff at the front office are limited, so check-in and check-out take too long, though they're very helpful. I hope the breakfast taste and selection improve.

The breakfast buffet was tasty, with a good range of choices, and the public areas and room were clean and well kept. Everyone was welcoming and helpful. Special thanks to Mba Dwina for always greeting us with a warm smile and great service. For business or leisure, Grand Zuri is the best place to stay in Ketapang, in my view.

The front desk administration always takes too long. Even though we'd paid for two rooms the night before, they asked us to pay again in the morning. The frontliners seemed unprofessional.

The food selection is pretty good, and the room facilities are good too. I found the staff responsive, friendly, and helpful. Right now, I think Grandzuri is the best hotel in Ketapang city. Keep up the good work 👍

I didn't try breakfast, so I can't comment on it. The mini bar had only a few snack options, but that was okay, and a nearby coffee shop is open 24 hours with very good local coffee. My room was spacious and very clean, with interesting TV channels like HBO and NatGeo. The lobby is nice and the staff were helpful. Although I checked in very late at night, I got to my room quickly. I had a very nice stay here.
