There are only 11 rooms, plus a small swimming pool and a rooftop. The rooms are nice, and the location works well for activities around Ketewel and Sukawati. It's a good place for a group of friends to book all the rooms and do activities together at the guest house. Let the owner know to get a village permit.

One of the best places we stayed during a year in Southeast Asia 😍 We got far more than we expected for the price: great service, a very clean and welcoming place, and wonderful hospitality from Juni, Siska, and Nasir. We booked four nights and ended up staying a month. GulaBusa will be our Bali basecamp, and I recommend it with all my heart. A note for anyone considering it: this isn't for noisy people or groups wanting to party past reasonable hours 😜 Terima Kasih to the staff and owners for making us feel at home 🫶 And a big 🙏🏻 for the surprise of a photo shoot in traditional costumes 🫶

We only used this accommodation as a stopover on our recent trip, arriving late at night and leaving the next morning. We hadn't expected it to be so comfortable. Our room looked out over the pool, with the ocean stretching beyond it, and the view was quite beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful too. Thank you.

It's a clean, comfortable hotel with friendly staff and all the facilities described. My family and I booked at 10 PM, checked in to rest, then left at 5 AM to catch the morning boat to Kusamba, so I didn't get a chance to photograph the room. If I get the opportunity, I'll definitely stay again 👍
