We had suki at the restaurant on a cold evening, and the bonfire area was a lovely way to keep warm. Breakfast had good Indonesian and Western options. Kids can use the playground and bicycles. I stayed in the One Bedroom Pool Villa, and it was well worth it. It was clean, comfortable, and nicely designed, with a private warm pool that suited Kintamani's cool weather. The living room had a cozy feel and a smart TV connected to Netflix, while the mini kitchen was fully equipped. The amenities were complete, so you really only need to bring clothes. I loved the elegant black bathroom and its bathtub. A peaceful stay with beautiful views and fresh air. I'd love to come back.

The staff were polite and understanding, and upgraded us twice, eventually moving us to a comfortable suite that was good. Still, we were upset with the overall experience. Breakfast was average, and we learned not to trust the hotel's website photos on their own because they didn't match reality. Our first room, a garden view, was cramped and much smaller than it looked in the pictures. The door lock also didn't work properly. They moved us to a pool view room, which was nicer, but its bathroom was a disappointment: a bad smell, a leaking wash basin, and an old, poorly maintained look.

We held a company-family gathering at Pramana Zahil Pramana and couldn't have picked a better place. The garden was beautifully kept, and the playground gave the kids a great spot to enjoy themselves. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive without being intrusive. We felt at home as soon as we arrived. The villa combines modern amenities with elegant Balinese charm, and has spacious, comfortable rooms, a lovely pool area, and peaceful views over rice fields. A quiet, luxurious escape that I'd highly recommend for a family holiday or company retreat.

We had such a relaxing, refreshing stay at Pramana Zahil Kintamani. The staff welcomed us warmly and were always ready to help, and the food was delicious. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and would love to return.
