The staff service was excellent, but we had a lot of issues with the room and pool. The bathroom was dirty, and the soap and shampoo smelled so bad we couldn’t use them. The pool was dirty too, with moss in it 😭. I booked one room for last Friday, but they cancelled because they were full. We ended up staying in my friend’s joglo room. Luckily it slept four, since we had booked together, but the room arrangement was still bad. We’re not coming back.

The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. For the price, the room was good. They were building something on site, maybe a pool. There’s a small shop right next door if you need anything. The host suggested a local Warung, and since it was far away, he offered to pick up the food or lend us his scooter. That was really kind.

From outside, the place looked cozy and well cared for. Inside, though, a terrible bathroom smell spread through the whole house. The bedding was dirty and had no duvet cover, and the air conditioning or heating didn’t work. It was freezing, so I couldn’t sleep.

The owner, Ms.Novi, and her husband have put a lot of kindness and thought into this place. The room was cozy, and everything was clean and well maintained. A great spot to chill and relax in Kintamani, I’d highly recommend it.

A lovely stay at this family-run place. They offer Mt. Batur sunrise treks, and the accommodation is right by the trail, very close to Mt. Batur.
