Amira House Kisaran RedPartner

I was delivering food to customers at Amira boarding house when it started raining hard. The guard sent me away straight off, without even letting me shelter for a moment. He said he wanted to sleep. Isn't sleeping what residents do there? A security guard is supposed to look after the area. If the guard's asleep, don't worry, board there and your train will get lost. You're not responsible for the guard being a sleepyhead and the police. Healthy greetings from me, Putra Suherman.

The staff were really friendly, and the big mattress was soft. After the long trip from Madiun-Aceh, this quiet, comfortable transit room was a relief. It was peaceful compared with most hotels, and the room itself was clean and spacious.

This is the first time I've given a one-star rating. We booked two rooms through traveloka and paid in full, but when we arrived, there was no reception desk, just a canteen table where the owner was eating. While still eating, they told us there was only one room available. No apology, no solution. They kept saying their residents connect every day from the application and are workers, though that wasn't what we were asking about. We were given the admin's number, but after calling, all we were told was to report it because this was commonplace. If this kind of mistake is common, they should come up with a solution so it doesn't keep happening. If room availability can't be updated in the application, please don't link it to the application. It makes things difficult for visitors. Are the rooms full every day because of regular customers?

A comfortable place with nice, clean rooms. The facilities are complete and it's close to everything, so it's highly recommended for workers looking for a comfortable boarding house.
