Check-in in the middle of the night was difficult because there isn't a receptionist available 24 hours. The room and bathroom were very dirty, and the sheets and blankets were dirty and smelled.

We stopped here for a family break from Jogja. The owner was very friendly, and there's a spacious parking lot right beside the house. The room wasn't very clean or well maintained, though. Hope it gets better in the future. Wishing Mozza Guest House continued success!

I booked and paid online for 3 rooms at 75,000, choosing the cheaper option because I only needed them from 11-7 PM. When we arrived, I was made to pay double. They said OYO offered lots of discounts and that the owner had asked to raise the price, but OYO refused. With the facilities there, 75,000 made sense, not 150,000. The narrow hallways smelled of urine, the toilets were dirty, the rooms smelled of cigarettes, the partitions weren't proper walls, and the whole place was filthy. The attached photos show it. If the owner takes bookings through the app, they should follow its rules for prices and amenities. If not, uninstall the app. A business should be fair, instead of recklessly banging on customers' doors in the middle of the night while they're praying to demand extra money. DON'T GO HERE!

A message for my students: they were turned away rudely, with yelling and claims that prices like that had never been set. The person in the wrong was shouting at the customer. Sir, you have no manners.
