The service was really bad.

BEWARE OF FRAUD. I booked through the app, but they still asked for an extra 150k, which is completely unreasonable. The app clearly listed two queen beds, but when I got there, there was only one queen bed and one single bed. The listed facilities didn't match either, and there was no water heater. The staff were very UNFRIENDLY!

I'd suggest choosing a different hotel. I booked and paid through the app, but the hotel wouldn't let me check in and kicked me out. Getting a refund has been difficult, and the old lady in a headscarf who owns or manages the place got angry because I booked through the Oyo app. My money is gone. It looks like it used to be a clinic or hospital, lol. MY SUGGESTION: FIND ANOTHER HOTEL.

The receptionist wasn't friendly or pleasant, and didn't greet me properly. The place still has the feel of a hospital or clinic.
