People are still losing money here because the listing remains active. I’d avoid booking it anywhere. Our Booking and Agoda reservations were confirmed, but when we arrived, we were told the property was full and they wouldn’t check us in. Then they offered another place for more money. They kept the original payment, citing a “non-refundable policy.” Several other Booking guests describe the same thing, so this doesn’t seem to be the first case. It was a scam in our experience. Save yourself the money, stress, and Bali trip.

It took a long argument before they finally let us in and rushed to get a room ready. We had arrived with a confirmed booking for one night, but were first told the property was full and that they weren’t even listed on the platform we used. The whole thing was stressful and unprofessional. I wouldn’t trust the high Google Maps rating, and I’d avoid this place.

The family who runs Villa Indah Anugrah Homestay made the stay feel personal and warm. They were kind, attentive, and happy to help, whether with local tips or anything that made me more comfortable. It felt more like being welcomed into their home than staying at a larger property. The villa is surrounded by nature, with lovely views and a peaceful atmosphere. I especially enjoyed the garden and coffee on the balcony. My room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully decorated, with the comforts I needed. The place is beautifully kept, balancing modern touches with a cozy, homey feel. It was an unforgettable getaway, and I left refreshed and grateful for the memories. I can’t wait to come back.

A lovely little place, with a sparkling clean pool, nice facilities, and linen that smelled so good. The AC worked great too. There’s a good small restaurant down the road, near the sea.
