The room was tidy and clean, with a clean bathroom, good air conditioning, and decent amenities. Check-in itself was fast, but we still had to wait until about 3:45 PM because the room wasn't ready.

I was worried about the room's hygiene, so I sprayed alcohol over everything, including the pillow and sheets. The first room had stained bedding, a sticky liquid on one of the table items, an old, worn kettle, a poorly cleaned table, and dirty marks on the wall that seemed easy enough to wipe off. The AC also wasn't working properly. When my mom asked for another room, she was told they were full. I had to go down and complain angrily at the front desk before they offered a replacement. We waited over 30 minutes for it, and the second room was only a little better. The staff were fairly friendly, but their room cleaning and maintenance procedures need work. I wouldn't stay here again.

I’ve stayed in hotels at all sorts of prices for work, and this may be the worst one. The AC was the biggest problem. It seemed to pull in warm air instead of cooling the room, and probably needs maintenance. Then somebody was drilling at 11 PM. Save your money, there are cheaper hotels that are better than this “3 starred hotel”.

There are smoking and non-smoking rooms, which is a nice feature, and the service is friendly. It’s CHSE certified and, for a fair price, one of the better hotel options in Kudus. Breakfast is buffet style, with a reasonable selection from American breakfast items to Indonesian dishes. The rooms work fine, but small repairs are due, especially around the shower and floor.
