We stayed at the Kings hotel with my family. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly, so I would come back. But I'd skip breakfast. It was really mediocre at best, even by Indonesian standards. I think the budget could provide a much better buffet if they replaced the chef. Breakfast is the reason I wouldn't give it a higher score, and I hope management takes note.

The staff were very nice, and the rooms were quite spacious, but my friends and I wouldn't choose this hotel again after our three-night stay. The bathroom water felt slick, like the soap or shampoo never rinsed off. The restaurant service wasn't good either: when my friend asked for a late breakfast, the chef turned her down, saying they'd already washed their hands. Room utilities didn't seem properly cleaned, and the kettle was rusty, so we didn't think it was safe to use. The air con also switched off suddenly sometimes.

The staff were very friendly, and I had a wonderful week here. The place was cozy and clean, with wifi and AC in the rooms and a restaurant in the lobby.

At almost 400k a night, this is a mediocre hotel. Cleanliness and room amenities need a lot of work, and it should have a led TV. For that rate, I could get a 3 star hotel that's much more convenient.

A good spot, and the staff are friendly.
