The check-in on 18.09.2024 at 8PM was easy, and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. I also had a short meeting in the rooftop lounge and ordered snacks and a drink. At check-out on 19.09.2024 at 9AM, the male receptionist was unfriendly. When I paid the extra bill of 96,800 by QR, he immediately said there’d be a 3,000 fee, even though 0.7% would be only 677. That seemed strange, especially since paying by QR at a street food place the night before didn’t cost extra. It’s not about the amount. Treating guests this way won’t earn good reviews, and I won’t stay at this hotel again.

The room was on the small side, but it was still fine for us, and we enjoyed our stay at Sato. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was good. A couple of small issues: the parking area is too small and could use a higher entrance, and the hot water in the bathroom was unstable.

Right in the center of kudus City, this place has an affordable rate and regular service and rooms. There’s a swimming pool on the rooftop. It has a dark history 🫣

I really enjoyed the pool and bar, and the room was nice. The breakfast was amazing, especially the snacks, and the service was excellent. Thanks to the service and f&b team for making my stay such a great experience 👍
