The staff were responsive and helpful, and the spacious rooms were comfortable, each with a balcony overlooking either the pool or the surrounding scenery. The breakfast had plenty of choices, and the restaurant’s distinctive, stylish design added to the experience. There’s a large parking area and an EV charging station, which is handy if you’re arriving by electric car. The hotel also feels calm and close to nature, with green, well kept grounds and cool, fresh air. The pool is a highlight too: clean, nicely designed, and with a warm water option that makes it pleasant at any time of day.

We spent a weekend night here as a family in a Premier Lagoon room. The stay was pretty good, almost perfect, but I have a few suggestions for improvement given the hotel’s popular name and strategic location. The room was huge, with a king bed, a full length couch, a wide dining table by hotel room standards, a single chair, and still plenty of walking space even after we added an extra bed. Our Lagoon room came with access to a shared pool for the Lagoon rooms. At 130cm deep, it’s nice for a leisurely dip, though not really for serious lap swimming. That’s fine, you’re here for a break, not a swimming course. The parking area was really wide, clearly able to handle cars, travel vans, and chartered buses. The service lived up to what I expected from Santika Premiere. The front office staff member handling check-in even kept up a proper conversation when we made small talk, which felt unusual in a good way. They also offered free weekend activities. And the breakfast buffet had a huge selection across appetizers, main dishes, desserts, and drinks. I think this branch had the widest variety I’ve seen at Santika Premiere. There were different kinds of nasi goreng, the usual hotel black coffee, and coffee machine drinks like cappuccino, which other Santika branches may also serve. What stuck with me was the fresh milk, soy milk, and chocolate milk. The food was in good condition and tasty. Their assorted desserts were the best I’ve had among Santika Premiere branches and other hotels I’ve stayed at. The bika ambon and banana cake were God-tier. The bathroom setup was awkward for a hotel that seems geared toward families. The shower and toilet are in separate rooms, while the sink shares an open counter with the minibar. Both bathroom rooms have only glass stickers for privacy, and the stickers don’t fully cover the glass. From the living area, you can see someone’s shadow showering. That may be fine for a couple, but it’s uncomfortable with parents or friends. The bed doesn’t face the shower window, but you might be on the couch watching TV and glance over, or have room service arrive while your roommate is using the toilet. There’s also no proper enclosed changing area. Changing in the shower room is a hassle, especially when the floor is wet after a shower. Changing a top is manageable, but changing into long pants means being half-dressed and asking family or friends to look away. I’ve stayed at a hotel in Bali with a similar bathroom design, but it had thicker stickers and a proper bathroom door, so showering and changing were more comfortable. The restaurant’s circular layout made breakfast queues confusing, especially at the popular rice and Asian food area and the Western food area. People came from both sides, each assuming they were in the right line. I even got into a passive-aggressive standoff with a guest who nearly cut the egg queue. We didn’t say anything or throw punches, but thankfully she realized she was in the wrong line. A “queue starts here” sign at popular sections might help.
The view of Mount Ciremai was amazing, and the cool, pleasant weather made our stay with colleagues memorable. Breakfast had a delicious variety, and Ms. Nazla gave us a warm welcome. We really enjoyed staying here and hope to come back.
It’s been a while since I stayed at hotel santika premiere linggarjati kuningan, but I still remember how warm everyone was. kak uti GRO and pak azmi were especially welcoming, and kak nazla greeted me while ka tyo served me so well. The room was perfect, the view incredible, and the food was super amazing. All the staff were helpful and really friendly. I’ll be back!!!!
We came as a family and had a great stay. The spacious, modern room had a lovely view of ciremai, a sofa, and separate wet and dry toilet areas. Rooms on the first floor open straight onto the swimming pool. The food was mostly well cooked, and I loved the range of traditional herbal drinks, including bajigur, wedang uwuh, bandrek, and jamu jamuan. It’s a good place for family time and relaxing. I’d definitely return. Arriving around check-in time gives you a chance to make the most of the stay, with a nice jog in the afternoon or morning.
