Greenia Hotel by OYO

The location is strategic, about five minutes from the NTT Governor's Office complex, which was useful during my business trip to Kupang. I booked through OYO without expecting much, but the room was still far worse than I expected. The bathroom water barely ran, and filling the tub took up to a few hours. The TV was there but had no remote. The pillows looked like they had never been changed, while the tables, chairs, and cupboards were dusty and seemed uncleaned. The cupboards weren't usable because they were full of cobwebs and had no hangers. The rooms are very large, with two mattresses, and there was enough space to pray. I hope the manager improves the service. It's a shame for such a strategic hotel to offer rooms that feel so half-heartedly maintained.
