Amnaya Resort Kuta

The Suite was enormous, and the bathroom felt about the size of a small house. I loved the bathroom products, too. Breakfast came in cute, plentiful servings, and housekeeping even left a sweet note on the bed. The staff were so kind. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked gorgeous and inviting. Waterbom is right next door, Discovery Mall is across the road, and Kuta Beach is a short walk away. I was very pleasantly surprised by the whole stay and would definitely come back.

We spent five nights at Amnaya Resort Kuta, and the location made it easy to get to the beaches, shops, and airport. What stood out most was how thoughtfully the staff looked after us. They offered to pack breakfast when we had to leave early for a tour, and when I didn’t like the breakfast I’d ordered another time, they promptly brought me a different option. Everyone was smiling, courteous, and ready to help. The team made our stay comfortable and memorable. A big thank you to them. I’d happily recommend the resort.

After long workdays, coming back to Amnaya Resort felt like coming home. I was there for four days on a business trip, and the staff were consistently thoughtful and kind. They even surprised me by singing “Happy Birthday” at breakfast, though I hadn’t mentioned my birthday or asked for anything. It was a small gesture that really stayed with me. The location worked well for visiting partners’ offices in Denpasar and Nusa Dua, and it’s near the airport. The resort sits in a charming little alley a few minutes from the main road, so it was peaceful despite being central. Kuta traffic can get very heavy during the day, so be prepared. Breakfast was great, with different menu options to choose from, all delicious. My room was clean and easy to keep organized, and I liked being able to tuck everything behind the headboard 🤣. The spa was excellent, too. The therapist was skilled, calm, and professional, and my face felt relaxed and glowing afterward. I’ll definitely stay here again.

The pool was clean and good for swimming, with shaded sections as well as sunny spots. The gym is on the small side, but it has all the usual machines and equipment. Breakfast is à la carte, with a big choice of Eastern or Western mains, plus a fruit platter, a bread basket and juice of your choice, chia seeds or oats or a smoothie or granola, and unlimited tea and coffee. The hotel was very clean and modern, with attentive, professional staff and no damp or humidity issue. I enjoyed my stay and have attached photos and videos. Enjoy!
