Breakfast was a highlight: delicious food, generous portions, and a simple but thoughtful setup that made mornings something we looked forward to. The staff were friendly and helpful too. When my boyfriend accidentally left his headphones behind, they kindly posted them to us in Bali, which we really appreciated. Our room had everything we needed, was nicely decorated, and was very clean. They tidied it every day, making our stay easy and comfortable. We'd definitely come back.

There was a lot to like here: a quiet atmosphere, plenty of plants and flowers, a small basketball court, a swimming pool, and breakfast included. The room looked fancy, was clean and spacious, and had a little patio for sitting outside. A small outdoor bin would've been a useful extra. It's about a 10-20 minute walk to the center, depending on where you're headed if you don't have a bike. I'd stay again, 10/10.

The staff were thoughtful and kind, and deserve 10/10. They even packed breakfast for us to eat before our early airport trip, which we really appreciated. The place was quiet and within walking distance of Kuta center. But I wouldn't recommend it for sleeping. We stayed one night before an early flight, and the room had a strange smell, perhaps mould. There was no hot water when we went to shower, though someone fixed it after we called. The next day, before leaving for the airport, the hot water was gone again and the water pressure was barely there. We also found the bedding uncomfortable. Thanks to the kind staff for looking after us.

Shops and restaurants are a short walk away. The crew were very kind and the service was great, and it's a very nice hotel, 10/10. There weren't many gluten-free options, but I have celiac disease and didn't get any pain.
