I don’t like writing this kind of review, but what a bad experience on New Year’s Eve 2026. The adverts are mostly deceiving. We got to the hotel around 8:30 pm, after many roads toward Pantai Kuta had understandably closed. At check-in, we were told to add an extra bed because we had one extra child, age nine. The AC didn’t work at all. They tried resetting it twice and told us to wait for the room to cool, but after patiently waiting 1.5 hours, we couldn’t take it anymore. We asked for another room and were told there were none left because we were the last to check in. When we pushed for a refund, they told us to contact the hotel booking platform ourselves to arrange cancellation and repayment. I kept insisting on a refund if they couldn’t replace the room. Thankfully, one kind person offered us another, “larger” room for the night. They were still trying to charge extra, but I stood firm. We’d paid for a working room and an extra bed, so I felt we had the right to ask for that. The whole ordeal took almost three hours, right before midnight and the end of the year. We weren’t much luckier in the new room. The AC still didn’t cool very well, probably because of poor maintenance. In the morning, we found the shower pressure was very low, barely enough to get the whole family through a quick shower. For the price, I’d never book here again. What a way to start 2026. Happy New Year, everyone!

The photos made the hotel look nicer, so I was a bit disappointed when I arrived. The bed was clean and comfortable, the one bright spot, and the staff were very kind and welcoming. There was no window in the room, and the shower head was broken with very weak water pressure. The hotel didn’t provide toilet paper or any basic amenities. It might be okay for one night, but I wouldn’t recommend staying several days.

The air conditioning worked well, and the room was nice. I only stayed one night, so I can't speak to the other reviews. The reception had a fun feel, with two very cute dogs, a free pool table, and a snake. My only real complaint was the shockingly weak shower pressure, but it wasn't a dealbreaker since I left the next day.

Over four nights, nobody cleaned the room, and I had to ask for toilet paper. There were no pool towels either. I paid for breakfast for two days but got just one, after 9 a.m. The sheets had stains and holes, and the room was very dirty. No soap, tea, coffee, or fridge, and the doors were difficult to open. Staff spoke little English. Both rooms I tried had no hot water. There was only one power outlet, so the TV wasn't plugged in, and I could hear everyone on the floor because the doors didn't seal. Very disappointing. I've stayed in cheaper hotels with much better quality.

I asked for a refund, but they refused and only said, "sorry there is no mini bar." After six months traveling in Asia, I have rarely encountered service like this. The room looked nothing like the photos and was in a deplorable state. The toilet wouldn't flush, there was no hot water, and the water flow wasn't enough for a shower. Ants were all over the room from 6 a.m., and dripping water kept me awake all night.
