It's fine for a short stay. The airport is nearby, and you can get onto the road easily.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the building still feels new, dating from 2020. There are plenty of places to eat nearby: walk out of Mawar alley for pecel, soto, and Mie Gacoan, which costs 12k and is open 24 hours. Babi guling is around 40-50k, or you can get takeaway for 15k. For getting around, Kuta beach is 4-5 minutes by motorbike and Denpasar 15-20 minutes. Melasti beach and Mengiat beach Nusa Dua are 20-30 minutes away by motorbike, and the waterboom is five minutes away. Kuta Market 1 is five minutes by motorbike too. The Keranjang is just across the road after Mawar alley, and Serimpi is a five-minute walk with Joger across from it.

The room itself was nice and seemed to be in a new building, with decent parking that felt safe for motorbikes. Getting checked in was frustrating, though. They made it hard to reach the place, and I waited 20 minutes without knowing which number to call. Cleanliness also needs a lot of work. Four stars for now.
