The location is handy, about a 10-minute walk from the airport, and the low price includes a five-hour transit rate. That’s why I booked it on Traveloka after seeing positive reviews. But the room and check-in left me very disappointed. The place clearly needs basic upkeep. The sheets looked unwashed, furniture was broken, the AC barely worked, and there was mould throughout. The bathroom was so disgusting I couldn’t bring myself to photograph it. Lizard droppings were everywhere, and both the room and bathroom smelled strongly. With proper cleaning and care, this strategic location could draw more guests. I’d have accepted a small price increase for a clean, comfortable stay. The deposit request was also frustrating. After years of using booking apps like Traveloka, this was the first time I’d been asked for Rp100,000 or my ID. I’d already paid in full through the app and was only staying for five hours. It seemed unnecessary, especially as there was nothing in the room worth damaging or stealing. They didn’t inspect the room at checkout either, which made the deposit feel pointless. I wouldn’t choose a place based on a low price alone. I wish I’d known.

Really bad experience. Reception wasn’t friendly and couldn’t explain how customers should pay or order. Because of the receptionist’s miscommunication, the transferred payment couldn’t be refunded, and nobody even said sorry.

The sheets were worn, the pillows and bathroom were disgusting, and even the towel was past its best. Cleanliness clearly isn’t maintained. I’d sleep in my clothes and just wash my face.

We only lasted a few hours before leaving. The WiFi connected but had no internet about 95% of the time, the private bathroom was filthy, and the sheets were stained. Everything was terrible.
