EDEN Hotel Kuta Bali

The rooms were very clean and the breakfast tasted good. We were especially grateful to the staff and reception team, who worked hard and treated us warmly. Mr FIAN was very helpful and gave us guidance about places in BALI. MR DWI was really nice, and MR NERVA, though one of the younger staff members, was polite with all the guests and worked hard. Thank you for the great service. The hotel is also close to the airport.

Handy for the airport, and fine for a quick night before moving on. The room was generally okay, though the AC stopped cooling properly after breakfast and the heat made it uncomfortable. I appreciated that the staff checked in to hear my feedback, but it was still a rough stay in that temperature.

The service staff were great, and the chicken tandoori was so good that I ordered it two days in a row. Unfortunately, on the second day I noticed the chicken was raw only after eating some of it. I got food poisoning after I went home. It wasn’t the service staff’s fault, but be careful when ordering.

After I complained firmly at reception, they upgraded me to a suite for one day, since I’m checking out tomorrow morning. Thank you for that, but please take a serious look at the air conditioners across the hotel. My room was 2660 on the 6th floor, and the old unit ran 24 hours without cooling the room. Bali is hot and humid, so I couldn’t sleep properly. They checked it several times and said it was okay, then told me that in such hot weather the AC would only work that much. Even at 16 degrees, no real difference. A fan would have helped, but there wasn’t one available. The electricity was being wasted, and this is a serious concern for Eden Hotel management. Kuta isn’t a hill station where the weather is always pleasant, so the ACs need proper maintenance or replacement. I had a very poor night’s sleep, and I’m sorry to say I’d think twice before recommending Eden Hotel. Thank you again for the one-day suite upgrade.
