Hilton Garden Inn Bali Ngurah Rai Airport

I left my camera in the family suite after a day-use booking and called from the airport just as I was boarding my next flight. The staff quickly found it and kept it secure until I arranged a courier, and it's now back with me. They handled the whole thing brilliantly. Even without that, the hotel was spacious and clean, with a nice pool and restaurant serving decent Asian and Western choices. Everyone we dealt with, from check-in to the wait staff, was pleasant and helpful. It made a long layover much more enjoyable. After such a good day-use experience, I plan to stay for a few nights next time I'm in Bali.

I stayed here for a stopover and slept really well. The rooms are dark and very quiet, and it's close to the airport. Nice pool, great staff, and a comprehensive buffet breakfast. A very nice place.

For what I paid, the five stars feel fair. The room was clean and there wasn't anything bad about it, though the place does look a little worn. It suited my one-night stay: quiet, and I slept well. The pillows were a bit too soft for me, and breakfast was okay.

I was here for a one-day work trip and checked in late. There's just one restaurant, and after it closes, room service is the only option. A convenience store on the property stays open 24 hours for drinks and snacks, though the beer is fairly pricey. My room faced the service area rather than the much nicer pool, but it was quiet and comfortable. The pillows could be better. Getting transport was easy since the hotel is on a main road, away from the airport interior. The pool was my favourite part, absolutely great for a swim. The staff were lovely and always smiling. I admired one of the Frangipani flowers, and they happily gave me a cutting. I've planted it at home, and I'm proud to have that Bali souvenir growing there. Thank you.
