I chose this place because it's opposite the immigration office. The staff were friendly, and the first night was fine apart from hearing chairs scrape and drag every five minutes in rooms above and beside mine. The next night was awful. Lots of students were staying there, and their teachers and the staff or security didn't seem to care that they yelled in the corridor until midnight. I woke up more than once to banging on my door because they thought it was their friend's room. Indonesian hotels can be a little noisy, but this was beyond that. It felt like trying to sleep on a nightclub dance floor. Even rain sounds in my headphones couldn't cover it, and security did nothing after I told staff. I hate leaving bad reviews, but if you need rest, have a flight, or have appointments, I'd avoid this place unless you're desperate.

Getting around was easy because the hotel is close to the airport and beach, and just off the highway. The staff were friendly, professional, and quick to bring fresh towels and clean the room when I asked. It stayed clean and comfortable throughout my stay, and the hospitality was great. I highly recommend it.

I was comfortable in room 327, which was clean, spacious, and well prepared. I did notice a faint pink stain on the bedsheet and a small spot on the bedcover. The bidet leaked a little, so I had to open and close it manually from underneath to use it. Apart from those minor things, I enjoyed the stay and everything else was excellent.

The room looked a little old, and the water tap in mine leaked. Still, it was a good place for the price and location, near Jimbaran, the airport, and Kedonganan. I'd definitely come back for a quick trip. Thank you.

Breakfast had a great variety, and the staff were the best part of the stay. They made me feel at home, relaxed, and well looked after. The rooms and facilities were amazing too. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.
