Breakfast was a highlight, especially the omelet, which stole my heart. On the first morning the buffet had fried rice, capcay (sauteed vegetables), grilled sausages, and omelets made to order. The menu changed the next day. Bubur ayam (chicken porridge), white, chocolate, and pandan bread, banana fritters, danish pastries, croissants, fresh fruit, orange juice, and cold water were available both days. There’s also a restaurant menu if the buffet isn’t your thing. The room had a non-smoking policy, which I appreciated. We were near the lift, with a comfortable smoking area close by. It was a handy place to sit, eat instant noodles, or meet guests who couldn’t come up to the room. There was a sink and toilet there too. The pool is on the first floor. I booked a room with a bathtub, and both the bathroom and tub were spacious. The bedroom wasn’t especially large, but it felt roomy and never stuffy, and had a cozy corner sofa. The amenities were fairly standard, but Natya has a dispenser outside the room with a jug for each guest instead of little mineral water bottles. A smart way to cut plastic waste, and we had unlimited drinking water without buying more. Everything from check-in through checkout felt seamless. The only small issue was a faulty hairdryer cable. I only used it on the last night, so it wasn’t a big deal. I told the front office and they took the feedback well. Still a 5-star rating from me hehe. This is my honest, slightly judgy take on service. Thanks for the hospitality, keep it up! I hope I get another chance to stay at Natya 🤭🫶

We slept really comfortably and had a quiet night. Everything was clean, the rooms were cozy, and the food was great. The hosts were very friendly, especially Mrs Mahes, and we felt welcome right from arrival until we left. Thanks!

My flight got in earlier than expected, so I needed a hotel and a proper night’s sleep. I found a room through a flash sale and wasn’t disappointed. It was spacious, very clean and tidy, with complete amenities. The breakfast buffet was good, and all the staff were friendly.

It’s an old place, but super comfy! The bedding and mattress are awesome. The water heater works well, amenities are provided, and the swimming pool is nice and clean. There’s a huge parking area too.
