The staff were pleasant and accommodating, and I liked having drinking water and unlimited coffee. Breakfast was good, the hotel was fairly quiet, and the pool had plenty of chairs. The room was decent. The AC leaked water that we had to mop up, but it eventually stopped.

The WiFi didn't work at all, and I found the service very poor for the price. I wouldn't stay here again. The laundry is especially best avoided. They lost clothes, didn't accept responsibility, and returned items damp and smelling bad. They also charge more than other places nearby. The receptionist was completely unhelpful, even with simple problems.

We planned to stay two nights, but left after just one. A taxi driver first quoted 50,000 rupees for a 20-minute ride, then charged 500,000 by the end. That's a separate issue, but what really upset us was the hotel's response. Hotel staff were there when we realized we were being scammed, yet they seemed to think the dishonesty was normal and sided with the driver. The driver and manager's reactions while trying to reach a compromise scared us. Unacceptable. Honestly, avoid this hotel.

I was impressed as soon as I walked in. The rooms are spacious and nicely designed, and the pool area is beautiful. I can't fault the place otherwise, and wonder why its rating isn't higher. The WiFi didn't work in my room, even though there were four networks to log in to.
