It took a little effort to find the place, but after that I had a great stay. The garden was lovely, the staff were helpful and cheerful, and the dogs came over to lick my feet when I arrived. Nights were quiet. They told me at check-in that some construction was happening, but it didn't really bother me. It's a little outside town, though only a short ride from the center. I'd definitely consider staying again if I return to Kuta, Lombok.

I've stayed here twice, once in September and once in October, and it's such a peaceful, lovely place. It's close to downtown and easy to reach on foot. I may have found my go-to hotel for future trips to Lombok. See you sooooon. The staff were brilliant and made everything easier. Thanks to all of them, especially Pandre, 10/10 😌.

The people here made my stay feel special. They were kind and attentive, and housekeeping folded and organized my clothes and belongings. Each morning, my shoes had been neatly set outside my door. It's a quiet, relaxing boutique hotel with a lovely atmosphere for unwinding on the island. A little upkeep would help. The paint could use a fresh coat, the WiFi was weak and unreliable, and the shower's hot water wasn't consistent. Nearby construction also caused occasional daytime water outages, which was inconvenient. Even with those issues, I enjoyed the peaceful feel and warm service. Some maintenance and upgrades could make this place close to perfect.

Pandre was always there when we had a question or needed something, and helped us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Ary was wonderful too and made us laugh a lot. The whole team created such a warm, caring atmosphere, and we'll remember it. From arrival, everyone made us feel welcome. The boys were friendly and helpful, and the ladies were so sweet and caring. We had a beautiful stay at Palmhouse Boutique Hotel and would love to come back.
