PrimeBiz Hotel Kuta

The rooftop was a nice place to unwind, with a pool and outdoor seating that felt especially pleasant later in the day. There’s also a mini gym, spa, and meeting rooms. The rooms are fairly basic, but ours was spotless and had clean sheets, fresh towels, a hair dryer, mini fridge, safe, and a decent bathroom. I also liked how good the whole hotel smelled, from the lobby to the room. Getting around was easy. PrimeBiz Hotel Kuta is a short drive from the airport, and restaurants, convenience stores, Krisna, and The Keranjang Bali are within walking distance. The staff were welcoming and professional from check-in through check-out. I had a very enjoyable stay and would consider coming back to Bali.

The gardens and grounds were so well kept, and everything was clean. We’re really happy we picked this place. The rooms and hotel amenities both seemed to be a high standard. It’s simply a gorgeous place, and I’d highly recommend it.

The one problem was the shower and sinks, which wouldn’t drain in either of the two rooms I stayed in. Both sinks clogged completely, so when I tried to wash my baby’s bottles the water filled the basin to the top. I had to use the shared bathroom in the hallway instead. If they sort out the drains, this would be perfect. Aside from that, I had a great stay. It’s conveniently close to the airport, the room was lovely, the bed was really comfortable, and it had everything I needed. The staff were amazing, helpful, and friendly. I’d highly recommend it.

The staff were welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, which made the location handy for staying near Kuta. They also offer a 12-hour mini-stay, a useful option for night flights or checking in around midnight. Definitely recommended.
